What Youll Do:

• Drive New Business: Generate leads, identify potential clients, and close sales to bring new business to the agency.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and offer them personalized insurance solutions.
• Collaborate on Marketing Initiatives: Assist with marketing strategies to increase brand awareness to drive sales.
• Support Agency Growth: Contribute to the agencys overall growth objectives by meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional service.

What We're Looking For:

• Sales Expertise: Proven success in sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in insurance sales is a plus but not required.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly present insurance products and build meaningful relationships with clients.
• Customer-First Attitude: A genuine desire to help clients protect what matters most to them, with a focus on delivering top-notch service.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Licensing: Ability to obtain Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
