DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in creating a warm welcome and delivering exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure. This position is responsible for providing an efficient check-in and check-out experience while ensuring every guest receives outstanding customer service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and care.
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow hotel policies and procedures.
• Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions when appropriate.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency; hotel property management system experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
