Property & Facilities Manager

Job Type: Full-time | Location: Childress, TX | Department: Operations | Reporting to: VP, Operations | Work Location Type: Onsite This position must be within 50 miles of Childress, TX. I REN is a leading AI Cloud Service Provider delivering large‑scale GPU clusters for AI training and inference. Our vertically integrated platform is underpinned by a portfolio of grid‑connected land and data centers located in renewable‑rich regions across the U.S. and Canada. We are seeking a hands‑on Property & Facilities Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of rental properties, short‑term rentals, and an RV park (79 sites with expansion potential). The role requires strong operational management, real‑estate knowledge, and the ability to coordinate maintenance, renovations, leasing, and property performance across multiple locations. Job Requirements 5+ years of real‑estate and/or property management experience Experience managing rental properties and leases Familiarity with short‑term rental platforms Experience coordinating maintenance, contractors, and renovations Knowledge of property acquisition and due diligence processes Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple properties across different locations Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving abilities Must reside within 50 miles of Childress, TX Preferred Qualifications Experience managing RV parks or similar hospitality assets Multi‑site property management experience Background in facilities management Familiarity with Texas landlord‑tenant regulations Job Responsibilities Property & Rental Management Oversee rental properties and owned property (Childress and Sweetwater) Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly Manage leasing processes, renewals, tenant relations, and utilities across locations Conduct rental inspections, including pre‑transition/incumbent inspections Evaluate and implement best practices for managing apartments and multi‑unit properties Coordinate with realtors regarding listings, purchases, and sales Short‑Term Rental Oversight Manage duplex units operating as internal Airbnb‑style accommodations Maintain and administer the electronic booking system Oversee cleaning schedules, quality control, and restocking supplies Ensure high guest satisfaction and property standards RV Park Management (Quanah, TX – 79 sites) Oversee daily operations of the RV park Manage leasing of RV spaces and tenant relations Supervise site facilities: admin building, bathrooms, common areas Coordinate cleaning and maintenance crews Evaluate opportunities for expansion, including due diligence and feasibility assessments Maintenance & Facilities Management Oversee general maintenance across all properties Coordinate vendors and contractors Develop and manage renovation projects (scope, timelines, budgets) Ensure properties remain compliant, safe, and well‑maintained, working with corporate teams to meet insurer standards and support claims Acquisitions & Growth Assist in evaluating purchasing options and new property acquisitions Work through due diligence processes for potential purchases Support strategic growth initiatives, including RV park expansion Job Benefits At IREN, we offer a highly competitive compensation package that includes base salary, annual performance incentives, and opportunities to build long‑term wealth through equity programs.
