Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Schedule

12-hour nights, 1845-0715; Every other weekend; Holiday requirements apply.

Assignment Details

Contract Length: 14 weeks; Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week.

Requirements

1 year of Telemetry RN experience
RN License
BLS Certification
ACLS Certification
EMR: Altera Sunrise (similar to Cerner)
Nicotine-free facility policy

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a telemetry setting
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans
Educate patients and families on health management and care plans
Document patient findings and care provided accurately

Compliance / Notes

Orientation will take place over 5 days, with specific training at the facility. Submittal requirements include a specific form.
