Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals, ensuring tailored interventions for every student
• Deliver direct therapy services through both individual and group sessions
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment
• Maintain precise documentation of student progress, and actively participate in IEP meetings
• Adjust therapy strategies based on student data and ongoing evaluations

Desired Qualifications:

• Hold an active Michigan SLP certification
• Authorized to work in the US
• Completion of a background check and drug screening required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
