Key qualifications and desired experience:

• Valid SLP licensure and eligibility for work in a school setting
• Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) welcomed, though Clinical Fellow Year (SLP-CFY) candidates are also encouraged to apply
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and elementary-age speech-language therapy
• Skill in conducting assessments, developing and implementing IEPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Effective communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language services to a caseload of 45-55 elementary school students (grades K-5)
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and utilize results to create individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and participation
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student goals, session data, and progress reports
• Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor student achievement
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
