What You’ll Be Part Of You’re a people‑person with 6–10 years of experience delivering or supporting enablement for sales and customer success teams. You are comfortable collaborating with various internal cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities Support the ongoing development of the buy‑side (Brand, Client) and sell‑side (Partnerships) Customer Success teams Ensure CS teams have the specific content and tools required to support conversations during Renewal, Value Confirmation Processes and Expansion Opportunities Work with CS Leadership to ensure CS teams have the appropriate industry, product, sales knowledge and skills to succeed in a variety of client‑facing conversations Partner with Product Marketing to develop specific learning paths tailored to unique technical and commercial needs of the CS team for major product releases Design an enablement programming calendar aligned to the needs of the CS teams, with reinforcement mechanisms designed to be executed by CS Leaders Collaborate with the Client Training team to support the onboarding of new CS hires, as necessary Track KPIs and ROI of enablement initiatives to identify training needs, skill gaps, and process gaps Monitor performance tracking metrics for CS roles and identify when enablement intervention can support performance goals Competitive Enablement: Collaborate with Product Marketing to monitor the competitive landscape and equip reps with the specific tactics and battlecards needed to articulate iSpot’s differentiators Tool Optimization: Manage and optimize the usage of enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Chorus) to ensure product content is easily accessible and relevant Tools you will use Enablement/CRM: Salesforce, Highspot, Sales Navigator and Chorus Learning Management: Docebo and Captivate Collaboration: Slack, Confluence, JIRA, and Google Suite Productivity: Microsoft Office Suite (heavy emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint) Qualifications and Education Requirements Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or revenue‑facing roles Industry knowledge: Experience in the Media, Martech, or Adtech industries is strongly preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required Technical literacy: Proven ability to quickly grasp new technologies and simplify complex technical ideas for a sales audience Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication with a knack for analytical storytelling and interpreting data Collaboration: A proven track record of influencing stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Sales Target cash compensation range $104,700‑$130,880 USD Annually Compensation and Benefits We are committed to providing competitive, market‑informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full‑time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options. Non‑exempt roles will also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are influenced by factors unique to each candidate, including skills, experience, qualifications and other job‑related reasons. Hybrid & Flexible Workplace Policy iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full‑time or part‑time office‑based or fully remote. A hybrid work schedule indicates that you work in the office some days and work from home other days. Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA or New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1–3 days a week. Those in a role that is not office‑based and located further away from our offices will work a fully remote schedule.
