We’re currently seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our Housekeeping team, a natural people person with an analytical mind, who can do everything from streamlining a bumpy process to stock a supply cart. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the Housekeeping team to deliver outstanding service. Streamline housekeeping processes and manage supply inventory. Ensure efficient operations during a 24-hour schedule, primarily in evening hours. Maintain financial performance and guest engagement. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel setting. Post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work flexible schedules, especially around evenings. About the Company As a mission‑driven company, our purpose guides the way.
