Position Overview This position is responsible for providing financial analysis, reporting, and project support across various corporate Finance initiatives. In this role, the Finance Analyst will partner with members of the Corporate Finance team and business stakeholders to support planning, analysis, digital reporting, data collection, and process improvement efforts. This position is intended to provide broad exposure to corporate finance activities while developing strong analytical, business acumen, and financial systems skills. This position is based in Spartanburg, SC. Job Responsibilities Support corporate Finance initiatives through financial analysis, data gathering, reporting, and project coordination Assist with budgeting, forecasting, planning, and consolidation activities as needed Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, presentations, and analysis for leadership review Partner with Finance team members to improve reporting processes, automate recurring activities, and strengthen data accuracy Support digital finance tools and reporting platforms, including SAP, Tagetik, SAC, Power BI, Excel, or similar systems Assist with ESG, operational, and enterprise data collection and analysis where Finance support is needed Provide ad hoc financial support and complete other projects as assigned Qualifications – Required Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and business analysis principles Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to summarize data and communicate insights clearly Ability to work collaboratively across teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines Qualifications – Preferred Prior internship, co-op, or project experience in Finance, Accounting, FP& A, Data Analytics, or a related business function Experience with SAP, SAC, Power BI, or similar ERP, planning, reporting, or visualization tools Experience using data query, automation, or business intelligence tools Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and interest in learning corporate finance processes and systems Milliken is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to actual or perceived race, color, creed, religion, sex or gender (including pregnancy, childbirth or related medical condition, including but not limited to lactation), sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression (including transgender status), ancestry, national origin, citizenship, age physical or mental disability, genetic information, marital status, veteran or military status or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
