This role is ideal for an experienced governance professional ready to shape enterprise-wide AI governance maturity and operational excellence.Responsibilities & QualificationsDevelop AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, and decision-making structures that align with enterprise objectivesDesign and define governance roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and operating modelsCreate AI risk and control libraries, governance workflows, templates, and reusable artifacts to support scalable implementationAssess current AI governance maturity, identify gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities across the organizationDefine AI inventory, approval, and governance processes to ensure compliance and oversightSupport implementation and operationalization of governance processes within the AI Governance WorkbenchDevelop governance metrics, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and reporting requirements for performance monitoring and accountabilityRequirements8–10 years of experience in AI governance, enterprise governance, risk management, or related domainsProven expertise in AI governance framework and policy developmentStrong background in AI risk management and control designDemonstrated experience designing governance operating models and business processesKnowledge of governance tools, platforms, and implementation methodologiesExcellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
