Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, strong CFs welcome
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, ideally in an educational setting
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to collaborate with educators and families
• Adaptability and creativity in session planning and delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify student communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, aligned with IEPs and school objectives
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students across a range of ages and abilities
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to reporting, goal-setting, and ongoing intervention planning
