Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Current SLP license in Georgia (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Prior pediatric, early childhood, or K–12 school-based SLP experience preferred
• Competence in assessing and treating a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborative, adaptable approach to working with diverse teams and student needs
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students with varying levels of need
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
• Provide support and consultation for parents and staff regarding communication development
• Maintain accurate, compliant records and participate in IEP meetings
