Director of Nursing Services

Good Samaritan

Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a Director of Nursing Services to lead clinical operations for our faith-based, community-focused primary care clinic. This role oversees nursing staff, workflows, and quality initiatives to ensure safe, evidence-based, whole-person care for underserved patients. The Director develops policies, supervises RNs and MAs, manages scheduling, infection control, and compliance, and collaborates with medical, dental, and behavioral health teams. The leader will mentor staff, support professional development, and champion health equity grounded in Good Samaritan’s mission and values.
