Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part Time Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position, with a commitment of 20-25 hours per week. Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements and provide regular updates on project progress Identify and mitigate potential project risks Coordinate with team members, including developers, designers, and engineers, to ensure tasks are completed on schedule Conduct regular project meetings and provide status reports to stakeholders Manage project budgets and ensure expenses are within budget Monitor project scope and make adjustments as needed Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations Document project processes and maintain project documentation Continuously improve project management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in project management software and tools Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies PMP certification is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Erico Technologies LLC
