Job Posting
Cut, trim, grind, and prepare beef, pork, poultry, and other meat products according to company standards and customer requests. Operate meat cutting equipment safely, maintain clean and organized work areas, package and label products, stock display cases, monitor product quality and freshness, and follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Assist customers with custom cuts, product recommendations, and special orders while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Previous meat cutting, butcher shop, meat department, or food production experience preferred. Knowledge of meat cuts, trimming, grinding, and safe equipment operation is a plus. Will consider training candidates with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
