Role Summary

Lead daily manufacturing operations and production teams across SMT, PCBA, mechanical assembly, backend assembly, and cleanroom environments. Drive SQDCI, productivity, quality, delivery, and operational excellence .

Must-Have Skills

5+ years of Manufacturing Operations Leadership
SMT / PCBA Manufacturing
Production leadership in high-volume manufacturing
Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma / Kaizen
Production planning, scheduling, and capacity planning
Manufacturing KPIs: OEE, FPY, throughput, productivity, labor efficiency
Experience leading supervisors, team leads, and production teams
ERP / MES and MS Office
Strong problem-solving, coaching, and cross-functional leadership
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or related field

Preferred

EMS experience
IPC standards
Cleanroom or regulated manufacturing experience
Lean Six Sigma certification
NPI and continuous improvement experience
