Contract | Evening Shift (3x12 Hours, 15:00–03:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within a Level II Trauma Center
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:3, delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and implement patient treatment plans
• Adhere to department dress code: solid navy blue scrub attire required for licensed nursing personnel
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience (hard stop requirement)
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• Weekend availability required: 6 weekends per 6-week schedule
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center environment
• Familiarity with trauma and emergency nursing protocols
• Ability to float to sister facilities nearby the contracted location as needed
