Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Glade Valley. Work alongside experienced therapy professionals while helping residents improve daily function, build confidence, and achieve greater independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.
What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Help residents improve activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, balance, and functional skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on each resident's needs and goals
• Track resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT
• Reinforce adaptive techniques and safety strategies with residents and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the care team

Qualifications

• Active Maryland COTA license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
