Registered Nurse Requirements Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program 1 YEAR OF RN EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED 1 YEAR OF TRANSPLANT RN EXPERIENCE - PREFERRED License/Certification RN - Registered Nurse BLS - Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)
