dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist

to support our North Miami and Pompano office locations.

Must speak Creole language.

Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist Locations:

North Miami & Pompano Schedule:

Full-time ✨ Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Clinical Duties: Vital signs (BP, pulse, temp, respiration, height/weight) Rooming patients and preparing for provider Assisting with exams and minor procedures Administering injections and immunizations Performing EKGs and point-of-care testing Phlebotomy: drawing blood, processing specimens Ensuring exam rooms are sanitized and stocked Medication and vaccine documentation ️

Administrative / Clerical Duties: Scheduling appointments and managing calendars Verifying insurance and collecting co-pays Patient intake and updating medical records (EHR/EMR) Answering phones, managing referrals and authorizations Assisting with billing tasks and medical inventory ✅ Requirements: Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred At least 1 year of MA and phlebotomy experience Bilingual (English- Creole -Spanish )
