The Position

LoanStreet’s Sales & Marketing & team is looking for a highly motivated marketing professional to support the development, execution, and monitoring of our digital footprint from search engine optimization to content marketing campaigns that drive measurable action with our brand audiences: customers, prospects, employees and candidates. Reporting to the COO, you will be a key component to a fast moving team providing critical support to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities

• Support the company’s marketing initiatives with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing programs such as SEO, agentic search, ad-word campaigns, and content marketing, targeting customers, prospects and candidates
• Drive execution to support our revenue growth
• Coordinate inbound and outbound marketing efforts
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, continually reviewing and optimizing content, keywords and targeting
• Create, proofread, and edit content for marketing communications and collateral
• Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics, creating comprehensive reports and optimizing campaign strategies
• Leverage website analytics to understand client engagement both from the external corporate website as well as our client usage of our web application to drive up-sells

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the B2B, tech and/or financial services sector
• Self-starter with proven experience driving measurable results
• Experience with SEO and Agentic/AI search and research results
• Digital marketing experience with the newest tools, including Heap,
• Experience using modern agentic tools like Claude co-work to optimize productivity
• Experience with HubSpot Marketing Tools or other CRM and marketing automation tools
• Inbound and outbound marketing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as copywriting/proofreading skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong disposition towards collaboration and communication
• Technical experience implementing websites a plus
• B.A./B.S in related field
