Security Shift Supervisor

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Security Shift Supervisor for a Corporate Client. Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors. Manage access control. Supervise the day‑to‑day security service provided to the facility and ensure service is of the highest standards – representing GardaWorld as the premier provider of security services. Respond to any operational emergency, ensuring timely response, efficient communication, and accurate reporting. Direct, supervise, and support shift officers. Maintain operational logs, records, and post orders appropriately. Develop and maintain effective relationships with the client and employees, serving as liaison between GardaWorld, the client, and assigned staff. Maintain a goal of zero safety incidents while managing a robust safety culture and program suited to the operating environments. Responsible for corrective action and discipline of subordinate officers (up to formal warnings) and participating in disciplinary decisions up to and including termination. Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks. Manage employees on your shift at your assigned job site. Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs. Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams. Answer questions in person or by phone. Write incident reports and communicate security concerns. Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property. Qualifications for Security Shift Supervisor - Corporate Client State security license and additional 32‑hour BSIS security trainings (additional training can be obtained during the hiring process). Authorized to work in the U.S. Documentation of High School Diploma or GED. At least 2 years of security supervisor experience. Exceptional customer service skills. Proficient in basic phone and computer skills. Security, military, or law enforcement experience is an advantage.
