Project Coordinator

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Project Coordinator for a busy manufacturing company in Everett, WA. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys customer communication, administrative support, project coordination, and keeping projects on track behind the scenes. Everett, WA | $26.00/hour Full-Time | Day Shift Monday-Friday | 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. 6-Month Contract-to-Hire Opportunity This role works closely with the Project Management team to support project documentation, customer requests, order processing, sample coordination, and project follow-up. It is best suited for candidates with strong organizational skills who enjoy managing details and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities Support Project Managers with project coordination and administrative activities Track project progress and follow up on deadlines, approvals, and project updates Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding project-related needs Prepare invoices, estimates, reports, and project documentation Process order entry for project-related orders Submit product data and coordinate customer sample requests and approvals Maintain accurate project records and documentation Research information and provide support as needed to project teams Manage customer communication and follow up on post-delivery concerns Document customer service issues and coordinate resolutions with internal departments Assist with identifying root causes and tracking costs related to post-delivery issues Support department operations by providing backup assistance to team members when needed Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages Perform general office duties including scanning, copying, filing, and document management Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications Strong organizational, administrative, and project coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Experience 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, office administration, customer service, order processing, or administrative support in an industrial capacity Experience in a construction, manufacturing, industrial, or related environment preferred Experience with invoicing, estimating, order entry, documentation management, or customer support Experience supporting project teams or coordinating project-related activities Why Apply? $26.00 per hour Full-time day shift schedule Contract-to-hire opportunity Stable local employer Opportunity to build experience in project coordination and operations Collaborative team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East
