Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging instruction tailored to small group or individual needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, therapists, and support staff
• Track student progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported
• Communicate regularly with families and participate in IEP meetings
