Automotive Sales Manager

Automotive Avenues, New Jersey's highest volume car dealership, has an immediate opening for an Automotive Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team. At Automotive Avenues, we stock over 1,000 late-model vehicles, receive over 5000 sales leads per month, and consistently sell in excess of 700 units per month.

What we expect:

3+ years of Automotive Sales Management experience.

The ability to lead a team of experienced Sales Professionals and conduct training.

Excellent communication skills & attention to detail.

Conflict management skills
