Automotive Avenues, New Jersey's highest volume car dealership, has an immediate opening for an Automotive Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team. At Automotive Avenues, we stock over 1,000 late-model vehicles, receive over 5000 sales leads per month, and consistently sell in excess of 700 units per month.

What we expect:

• 3+ years of Automotive Sales Management experience.
• The ability to lead a team of experienced Sales Professionals and conduct training.
• Excellent communication skills & attention to detail.
• Conflict management skills

Pay: $180,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
