The Role As Affiliate Marketing Team Leader, you'll manage our affiliate program, liaise with affiliates who refer clients and earn commissions, and drive strategies to grow and optimise the network for revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the affiliate marketing program. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing affiliates. Develop strategies to recruit affiliates and improve performance. Monitor activity, analyse performance, and report to management. Collaborate with marketing team on promotional materials. Ensure compliance with program terms. Requirements The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in leadership. Strong understanding of affiliate platforms and programs. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
