You will oversee the development and deployment of training programs that prepare field teams, engineers, and service professionals to support and maintain critical infrastructure. The work focuses on translating broader service and capability strategies into practical training solutions, building scalable learning programs, and ensuring teams are equipped to meet evolving operational and customer requirements. You will collaborate across service operations, engineering, and commercial teams to address workforce capability needs driven by technology advancements, digitalization, and lifecycle service demands. This includes strengthening technical expertise, supporting adoption of new tools, and building readiness for future grid challenges.
