JOB SUMMARY

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer orders are accurately selected, organized, and loaded for delivery. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately pick customer orders using Easy-Pick order processing technology Safely load pallets and product onto delivery trucks Receive, organize, and stock warehouse inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with company safety standards Meet productivity and quality expectations while working independently and as part of a team Perform additional duties as assigned by warehouse leadership

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Ability to safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and walkie power jacks Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work flexible hours when business needs require. Successfully pass a drug screen, physical and background check Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull product throughout the shift Ability to lift 25+ pounds repeatedly and up to 165 pounds occasionally Remain on your feet for extended periods, including walking, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and operating equipment Wear an order picking device throughout the entire work shift Ability to meet the visual and physical requirements necessary to perform warehouse duties safely and effectively

WORKING CONDITIONS

This position operates in a climate-controlled warehouse environment. Consistent attendance and adherence to safety procedures are essential.
