Job Description

Lead shifts, build teams, and help run a successful restaurant.

Polly Management is looking for a strong Assistant Manager to help oversee operations in our Dairy Queen restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

● Help manage daily restaurant operations

● Supervise and motivate the team

● Assist with scheduling and inventory

● Resolve guest issues quickly

● Support sales and cost control goals

Qualifications

● Food service or retail management experience

● Leadership mindset

● Strong organization skills

● Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced setting

● ServSafe a plus
