Commercial Sales Representative / Sales Manager — Roofing & Restoration

Elevation Roofing & Restoration is looking for a driven commercial sales professional to own new business development in the Houston commercial and multi-family market — with a clear runway to step into a Sales Manager role as you build your book. Whether you're an experienced closer ready to run your own territory or a proven sales leader ready to build and manage a team, we want to hear from you.

Houston is one of the fastest-growing commercial construction markets in the country, and we're a manufacturer-certified roofing and restoration contractor with an outstanding reputation to back you up when you're in front of General Contractors, property managers, and ownership groups. We hold certifications with the roofing industry's top manufacturers (GAF, Owens Corning, Henry) and work across the full range of low-slope (TPO, PVC, modified bitumen) and steep-slope (shingle, metal, tile) systems.

The Opportunity

This posting covers two paths, and where you land depends on your experience:

Commercial Sales Representative — You'll build and manage your own book of business, prospecting and closing new commercial and multi-family roofing and restoration work.

Sales Manager — In addition to running your own accounts, you'll help build out our Houston sales team: mentoring reps, supporting their pipeline and proposals, and helping set the strategy for how we grow in this market.

Reps who perform are given the opportunity to move into the Sales Manager track — this is a role you can grow inside of, not just a job you fill.

What You'll Do

Every Sales Professional:

• Prospect and generate new business with General Contractors, property managers, and commercial/multi-family ownership groups
• Solicit new business to achieve individual revenue goals
• Sell across our full product line — low-slope (TPO, mod bit, PVC) and steep-slope (shingle, metal, tile) roofing, plus restoration services
• Run sales appointments and site visits, and build estimates, quotes, and final proposals for clients (Some company provided opportunities each month)
• Build and maintain rapport with clients through follow-up and ongoing account management
• Create and present sales and proposal materials to prospects and clients
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, and keep clients current on project developments
• Track and manage your pipeline in our CRM

Sales Managers Will Also:

• Help recruit, onboard, and coach commercial sales representatives
• Review and support team pipelines, proposals, and pricing strategy
• Help set and track team revenue goals alongside leadership
• Represent Elevation Roofing in key client and manufacturer relationships

What You Bring

• Sales experience required; roofing or construction industry experience strongly preferred
• A track record of building and managing your own book of business — you're a self-starter who doesn't need a lead list handed to you
• For the Sales Manager track: prior experience leading, coaching, or managing a sales team
• Comfort with estimating and building quotes (a big plus if you already have this skill)
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trust quickly with clients
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Deadline- and detail-oriented, with the discipline to manage a full sales cycle from first call to signed contract

Compensation & What We Offer

• Base salary range of $40,000–$105,000 , based on experience and role (Representative vs. Sales Manager), plus commission on sales
