Responsibilities:- Operate paving equipment such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers
- Perform asphalt paving and maintenance tasks according to project specifications
- Assist in the preparation of job sites, including layout and marking
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met during all paving operations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner

Qualifications:- Prior experience in asphalt paving and construction
- Ability to operate paving equipment and tools
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all types of weather conditions
