Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - OSF HealthCare and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - OSF HealthCare.

Additional Details:

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have recent experience with heart caths & peripheral caths

Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer experience with Philips equipment & McKesson.

• Shifts & Scheduling: 4x9 with calls, 0700-1530
• Weeknight/Call Requirements : On call 2-3 nights per week
• Weekend/Call Requirements: On call every 3rd weekend
• Holiday/Call Requirements: On call 2-3 holidays per year

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• CI (Cardiac Interventional Radiography)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
