Bilingual Human Resources Specialist Plant City, FL $30.00–$33.00/hour Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift About the Opportunity Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for an experienced Bilingual Human Resources Specialist to join a growing organization in Plant City. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing employee support with administrative responsibilities and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required , as this position will regularly communicate with employees in both languages. This role will assist with hiring, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and various HR initiatives while serving as a trusted resource for both employees and leadership. What You'll Be Doing Support the full hiring process from candidate coordination through onboarding. Facilitate new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Communicate effectively with employees in both English and Spanish regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and workplace questions. Coordinate pre-employment activities, system access, and onboarding documentation. Assist managers and employees with day-to-day HR questions and processes. Maintain employee files and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality. Prepare reports, track employee attendance, and assist with leave administration. Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communications. Assist with performance management documentation and HR compliance initiatives. Help coordinate meetings, training sessions, and various employee events. Generate reports and maintain accurate personnel records. Provide administrative support for the Human Resources department and assist with special projects as assigned. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Three or more years of Human Resources or HR administrative experience. Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee documentation. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Experience working within an HR information system. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Professional communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Self-motivated with strong follow-through and attention to detail. Preferred Experience Experience with employment law compliance, employee relations, leave administration, workplace safety programs, and HR best practices is a plus.
