Going into its 35th year, Fidura & Associates, Inc. is a state-wide agency and one of the first private agencies to provide I/OD Waiver Services in Virginia.

This position:

Provides training, support and supervision needed to assure that the documentation supports the services provided and completed in accordance with all regulations and agency policies.
Supports staff in efforts that promote professional growth and development.
Other duties related to ensuring that the successful and efficient operations of the Region

Requirements Include:

Experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities
Supervisory experience
Must be able to:
- work flexible shifts as needed
- participate in on-call rotation and being on-call for emergencies
- have an acceptable driving record & vehicle for all shifts
- able to pass federal and state criminal background investigation
