Integrated Dermatology is seeking an experienced dermatology-trained Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our thriving practice serving Quincy and Plymouth, MA, in Boston's southern suburbs and gateway to Cape Cod.

About the Practice

• Well-established practice with two locations across Quincy and Plymouth, MA, serving patients throughout Boston's South Shore and Cape Cod.

• Plymouth location recently recognized as the Best Skin Care Clinic for 2026.

• Strong, collaborative clinical team including a partner physician, an additional physician, and three experienced Advanced Practice Providers, plus part-time in-house Mohs surgeon.

• Comprehensive practice offering medical dermatology, skin cancer detection and treatment, Mohs surgery, and a full menu of cosmetic services.

About the Role

• Practice at the top of your license providing comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hair loss, and skin cancer.

• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures, with in-house Mohs surgery support for complex cases.

• Collaborate closely with fellow physicians, Physician Assistants, and the Mohs surgery team.

• Monday-Friday, 4 Day Workweek. No Call.

What We're Looking For

• Active PA-C licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)

• Prior experience in dermatology required. 2 years preferred.

• A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for dermatologic care.

• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.

• A team player who thrives in a busy, multi-location practice environment.
