Read more about our Equity Capital Markets Investment Banking group here.The Analyst can expect to receive immediate exposure to a variety of capital raising transactions, and other strategic advisory projects, and provide significant, long-term growth potential and career advancement opportunities. On a day-to-day basis our Analysts:Provide critical support during all phases of transaction executionCreate market related materials and closely track both public and private companiesBuild financial models, perform valuation analyses and investor targetingConduct industry- and company-specific researchInterface directly with clients and senior bankersDevelop a versatile skillset that will serve as a strong foundation for achieving career goalsA successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:1 - 3 years of Investment Banking or related financial experienceStrong work ethic, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and learn quicklyDetail-oriented and analytical mindsetStrong verbal and written communication skillsPrevious experience with financial modeling or formal trainingPositive attitude with a desire to work with and contribute to the culture of a close-knit teamBachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or other related degrees preferredU.S. work eligibility is requiredYou must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation.
