We offer $26–$32 per hour with steady hours (Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm) and a benefits package designed to care for you as well as our patients.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR DENTAL PATIENT CONCIERGE

You start the morning as our Dental Patient Concierge by reviewing the day's schedule, strategically filling openings and ensuring the doctor's time stays productive; you greet patients by name as they arrive, check them in with warmth, coordinate with the clinical team to keep rooms turning smoothly, and-after treatment-you guide check-out with clarity, schedule next steps, and follow up on treatment so patients feel supported; throughout the day, you convert phone and online inquiries into booked appointments, present treatment plans and payment options with confidence, and verify dental insurance so there are no surprises; by day's end, you've kept the schedule full, the flow efficient, and every patient cared for from hello to see‑you‑soon.

Here's what we need from you:

• Familiarity with Patterson EagleSoft
• 1–2 years of dental or medical front office experience
• Comfortable discussing treatment plans and payment options
• Understanding of dental insurance verification

Preferred:

• More than 2 years of related front office experience
• Advanced proficiency in EagleSoft
• Polish-speaking preferred
