As an RN Supervisor, you will oversee nursing staff, manage patient care programs, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Pay: (Weekly; Every Thursday via Direct Deposit)

Work Period: Sunday through Saturday

Openings

• 1 opening for Part-Time Saturdays only (1x/week)
• 1 Opening for Weekends Only or Every Other Weekend | 3 PM 11 PM
• Part-Time | 11 PM 7 AM
• Per-Diem | All Shifts

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the nursing staff, promoting high standards of clinical practice.
• Conduct patient assessments and ensure the implementation of care plans tailored to meet individual needs.
• Facilitate effective communication with medical staff and families regarding patient care plans and progress.
• Lead incident investigations and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care quality.
• Manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Provide training and orientation for new nursing staff, fostering their professional development.
