Responsibilities: • Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste. • Lead and execute operational strategies to achieve business goals for customer satisfaction, product quality, and profitability. • Mentor and develop your team by providing guidance, feedback, and training to ensure consistent delivery of Papa John’s standards. • Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards to guarantee a safe, clean environment for both staff and customers. • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing profit and loss. Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills to effectively manage both staff and customer relations. • Solid experience in financial management, including budgeting and profit and loss analysis. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere. • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings. • Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to build, motivate, and lead teams.
