Job Description Assistant Branch Manager (preferably with construction/installation/trades experience) who has an entrepreneurial attitude and work ethic. Responsibilities Assist the Branch Manager in managing the P&L and the entire operation, including human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling, and collections. Model leadership, connect with the people you lead, and multiply talent. Assist operations teams through local leaders to deliver results through low costs and high efficiency while working safely. Manage processes and compliance across operations, finance, credit & collections, HR, health & safety, procurement, and sales & marketing. Achieve operational goals and metrics. Provide on‑the‑job training through self‑learning or training others. Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes. 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (preferable in construction, installation, or trades). Full P&L experience. Bi‑lingual in English/Spanish (preferred). Travel Requirements Regional travel required, less than 50% of total travel. Physical Requirements Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
