Schedule Night shift, 4x12-hour schedule (18:45 - 07:15) Job Description The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry environment, ensuring patient safety and optimal health outcomes. The nurse will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver care to a diverse patient population with complex medical conditions. Responsibilities Provide care for medical/surgical patients requiring telemetry monitoring. Utilize rapid response protocols and interpret dysrhythmias. Administer IV insulin per protocols and manage feeding tubes. Conduct pre/post hemodialysis management and administer blood products. Perform central line blood draws and phlebotomy tasks. Administer and manage medications, including PCA and heparin. Monitor patients on CPAP/BiPAP and other respiratory interventions. Implement isolation precautions and conduct wound care as necessary. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar nursing role. Experience with telemetry and medical/surgical nursing preferred.
