Job Title: Registered Nurse — Senior Living
Location: Catonsville, MD — On-site
Type: Full-Time | On-site
Positions Available: 3
Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for full-time positions within a large senior living and continuing care retirement community. Candidates will provide skilled nursing care to residents across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing settings.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct nursing assessments and develop individualized resident care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing interventions
- Supervise and delegate tasks to LPN and CNA staff on assigned unit
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor resident condition and document accurately in compliance with facility standards
- Participate in quality improvement and regulatory compliance activities
- Active RN license in state of practice required
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care, senior living, or acute care experience preferred
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and documentation skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends
