# Production Assembly OperatorApplylocations: Dallas, TXtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR101584**Job Overview:**The Production Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting components to produce finished high-quality products that meet quality and dimensional standards. This role supports the production and manufacturing team and assists with additional tasks needed to help meet production goals and uphold safety and quality standards.**Company Overview:**Premier PV is a leading manufacturer of solar electrical balance of systems solutions and renewable energy products, dedicated to advancing sustainable energy technologies. Our mission is to provide innovative, efficient, and reliable products that enhance solar energy systems.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**· Assemble parts, components of finished products according to established work instructions.· Perform routine quality check on assembles goods, identify and reporting defects to Supervisor and/or Management,· Operator and monitor assembly machinery, tools, and equipment safely to ensure efficient production.· Maintain accurate production records, track material usage, and report any issues to Supervisor.· Follow all safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and keep workstation clean and organized.**REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:**· High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.· 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.· Ability to read and operate work instructions and work as part of a team.· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Premier PV provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Premier PV reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.**BENEFITS AND PAY:**· $20/hr· Generous benefits including paid holidays, PTO, sick leave as per state regulations, medical/dental/vision insurance, FSA/HSA, disability coverages, and a 401K plan with matching contributions.**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:**· Must comply with safety requirements (e.g., safety glasses, clean-shaven, long sleeves, steel-toe boots).· Must pass a drug screen and background check.· Able to:o Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
