Responsibilities Direct responsibilities may include a combination of the following: Hardware Development: Directs, leads, and manages the technical activities of a hardware development function for electronic design, mechanical design and/or hardware reliability. Software Development: Directs, leads, and manages the technical activities of a software development function for software systems, applications and/or software quality assurance. Education & Experience Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of increasing managerial experience. Advanced degree preferred. Compensation and Benefits U.S. BASE SALARY RANGE: $185,106.80 - $277,660.20. This base salary range reflects the typical compensation for this role across U.S. locations. The range provides the opportunity for growth and progression as you develop within the role.
