This senior leadership role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serves as a strategic advisor to the executive team. This is an opportunity to lead the Human Resources function for a well-established acute care hospital, guiding workforce strategy, employee engagement, labor relations, and organizational development initiatives. The Director will oversee one HR team member and support a workforce of over 200 employees.
