First American is looking to add a Commercial Escrow Assistant to our growing commercial real estate team. In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Escrow team in a variety of ways including customer support and administrative duties. This position plays a key role in transforming commercial real estate experience by empowering our employees and customers to deliver next-generation solutions and results.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the escrow process for simple and complex commercial transactions such as preparing documents for closing, inputting closing statement information, and handling disbursement and follow-up
• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process; adapts communication style as needed
• Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
• Work with innovative technologies to enable escrow transactions and communicates with customers to provide a phenomenal customer experience

• Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of escrow-related experience preferred

Pay Range: $20.31 - $27.09 HourlyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
