HVAC Technician Opportunity

Balance Point's specialty is providing excellent customer service and workmanship; no high pressure sales are required. Balance Point is known for providing superior technical services for our customers and is recognized as a Trane Comfort Specialist, Rinnai ACE Pro and Fujitsu Elite Contractor and we are looking for service technicians that enjoy delighting our customers by troubleshooting and repairing all types of equipment. Due to our continued growth and success, we have immediate openings for HVAC technicians who are looking to be a part of a company with the utmost integrity in all that we do and endless opportunities for growth.
We are seeking technicians that are reliable and self motivated along with a minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC Service Technician experience or graduate of a HVAC trade school. Technicians must be EPA Certified and NATE Certification is a plus.
