About the Role
As an Onsite Recruiter, you'll lead the full-cycle hiring process for assigned locations, partnering with managers to attract, hire, and onboard top talent. You'll play a key role in helping our branches grow by delivering an outstanding candidate experience and building strong talent pipelines.
What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for hourly and salaried positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to fill open roles quickly and effectively.
- Coordinate interviews, job offers, and pre-employment activities.
- Manage recruiting activity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Assist the HR team with employee questions, HR projects, and other department initiatives
- Attend job fairs and community recruiting events.
- Build relationships that create a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with ATS and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to assigned branch locations as needed.
