Group Sales Coordinator

Organized and charismatic, the full-time hourly Group Sales Coordinator will support the Group Sales team through administrative coordination, contract preparation, and client communications while managing group bookings for various segments in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new group business through outbound sales, networking, and lead generation Enter and maintain group blocks in systems to accurately reflect contracted terms Respond to group sales inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts while maximizing profitability Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred Two or more years of experience in hospitality operations, inventory management, or group sales preferred Experience with inventory mapping, PMS configuration, or distribution management is highly desirable Strong computer aptitude and willingness to learn new technology Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
